IDÉE SHOP Roppongi is pleased to present “Still Life,” a solo exhibition by textile artist Yumi Ishikita, who is based in Hiroshima.

Ishikita’s stencil-dyed works capture the quiet light and shadow of everyday life on the soft canvas of fabric.

Drawing inspiration from the shapes found in daily living, her original dyeing techniques create layers of color and form, bringing a subtle vibrancy to the space.

The gentle sway of the fabric brings a sense of calm and quietude to any room.
